Raising or Bendin Live Oak Limbs and Without causing harm.
How would you raise green Live Oak limbs, without cuasing harm, up to 2 ft high?

Clarrification: Yes the limbs are green/live and by raising them temporaly will ensure the preservation of the limbs and tree.

Jody can you pull them from the top with ropes tied to branches higher up in the tree? This will allow you to slowly raise them a bit at the time and keep them secure at the height you need and they will come down to the original place after you release the ropes holding each branch. You can use mechanical Advantage to bend them up w/the ropes.
