the "...good red book": What is it? 4 Years, 4 Months ago

Google somehow managed to find archives of these message boards for me, while I was searching for info on ziplines. And of course, now I can't find my way back to those archives. In one post, the writer referred to "...the good red book" when answering a technical question posted by another writer. The subject was aerial rope safety. Anybody know what the name of this "good red book" might be? I looked at "On Rope," but it's not red, so the writer must be/might be talking about another "Bible" of rope rescue techniques. Many thanks for any clues. jeff
