For those of you with the means, consider traveling to Garrison NY to join Anne, Cam and I for the 18th annual Shad Festival on the Hudson River (across from West Point) organized by Robert Kennedy's River Keeper project. Save-a-tree will be hosting their annual tree climbing experience for kids (and adults) to help raise awareness about the importance of trees and their proper care. I'll probably be nearby tangling some ropes (teaching knots).
