Griphoist???? 2 Years, 8 Months ago
Help.....

I need to move some rather large logs in a remote area and remember seeing a hand operated tool similar to a griphoist but instead of using wire rope you can use any length of synthetic rope. Sort of a come-a-long type deal but capable of working along a length of rope instead of coiling cable on a spool.

I can't remember what the tool is called. Anyone know what I'm talking about????

Yes!!!! That's it.

Thanks Leon, you're a life-saver.

Or should I say a back-saver.
