Subject: tree climbing legislation?

Hello,
We are french studiants in master : Engineering of Sport and Tourism Sustainable Devlopment,
We work in a project of comparative stude to tree climbing (tourism activity) legislation and regulation, in diferents countries of the world.
We can see a development of this activity in France, and probably, like other sports and activities in natural place, it’ll go to generate legislatives and rights problems.
As part of our studes we want to know if in others countries existe legislations about Tree Climbing, and if this activity have a specific organisation.
We think that you are posibly a resourceful person in this domain. If you have some informations about this, thanks to give us documentation or contacts.
Thank you, and good climbing in trees...
