Ponderosa, That Calwood at Jonestown CO. site looks very nice and the facilities look very comfortable. I hope that you guys can put it together. Hope they have great trees to climb. Looking forward to another great Tree Climbing get together. See you in Jackson MS in October.

Oldtimer, I only spent one afternoon visiting the site. But I saw lots of good pondies and even some good (by Colorado standards) climbable Doug Firs. The place is so big that I only visited a few climbing areas. I climbed and did some minor deadwooding on a ponderosa that would make a good DRT training tree. Saw only a few small hardwoods - aspen and cottonwood. Many, many more areas left to explore on this property, but the ones I was in were isolated, pristine, and beautiful.
