Been a few months since i have been on. Since knee surgery at the end of July and a new baby at the end of January, the family has been a little busy. My knee is feeling good , i have done 2 climbs in the last 2 weeks. The baby is only getting up once during the night. So , now its time to get back into climbing. I posted my last climb in the forum. So its great to be back.

Welcome back to the trees. When body parts are all working right its easy to take it for granted that we can climb whenever we want. It doesn't take much (a tweaked shoulder or a strained knee or worse) to make climbing much more difficult or to stop it all together. Hope your climbs go well.
