I'm a recreational climber. It's mostly New Tribe gear. I don't think liability should be an issue. If I buy a defective car via a for sale ad in the newspaper, the newspaper isn't liable if I crash it. But I'd understand if TCI doesn't want to host ads. I have some reservations about listing it on Craigslist though.
