I just started a facebook group, then came here to share it with y'all...then I see Moss sorta beat me to the punch with the flickr thing. Darn you!!!

If any of y'all are interested, the group goes under the name "TCI Rendezvous 2008" I've put a bunch of pics up already.

Easy enough. Now lemme go check out those flickr pics!

I tried to go to Facebook and see the site but you will have to register create an account and all that stuff, etc. The Flickr site is simple for me since I already have all my photos there and the ones from previous years.

By the way Nick, THANKS/GRACIAS for your excellent Splicing classes as usual and Thanks to YALE Cordage for donating the ropes. I hope other participants took the time to donate something to Nick for his effort and to help cover his expenses. It takes a great deal of work and expenses to put one of these demonstrations for us and the least we can do is put a little contribution from our wallets to help and make sure it takes place the next Rendezvous.

I love it that every time I get one or two pieces of spliced rope that I can use in my next climb. How Cool is that!

Oh, just realized that Nick created the second TCI 08 Rendezvous Facebook group. Hank Blaustein also made one and it's loaded up with photos too.

When you log into Facebook do a search on "Tree Climber's Rendevous" (spell exactly as shown here).

Crap, there's already a facebook group? I'll shut mine down. I like having the representation on all the websites, but I don't want it to be dilluted.
