Nice saddle, not comfortable for long sit times

Very nicely designed saddle. Your legs will get numb on long DRT or SRT ascents or if you're spending a lot of time in a sitting position. If your style is to stay on the trunk or branches a lot then it's fine but your legs will tire more quickly. If you use the alternate seat/butt strap attachment it is more comfortable for long sit times but your range of leg movement is slightly reduced.

The floating bridge anchor attachment allows for easy and quick body position changes from side to side, especially useful for work climbing situations. however the saddle will not naturally hold you in a vertical position by default.

It is designed for active get in and out of the tree pro-arborist work climbing and I think is less useful if you're a rec climber who might be in the tree for 3-4 hours or more in a single climb.

good european work saddle

It's probably the easiest saddle to put on. It took a awhile to fit the legs comfortably. It didn't have allot to adjust, it seemed self balancing. The bridge is easy to replace and has held up well. I put a larger ring on the bridge for multiple carabiners, later I put a petzl swivel. I like the back support and it is sized well. I've had problems on other saddles with med being tight and large/X-large being way to big. Mostly an issue with placement of the side Ds. I seems to wear at the bridge and legs attachment point (not major wear). Doesn't have much in the way cargo attachment point and there is no attachment point for suspenders. Definitely a pricey saddle. It is nice light work and rec.
