What types of climbing experiences are available? |
 Climbing adventures are attractive to those
seeking a unique experience. Sometimes a climber will join other climbers
in his or her area for a simple day's climb. Other times, TCI members
will assemble a more involved expedition to scale unusually large or remote
trees, like the California redwoods. For
groups, tree climbing birthday parties are popular events, because the
birthday person gets to be celebrated at the top of a tree with friends.
Tree climbing can also be taken to county fairs and festivals, where large
groups of people can climb together. As a volunteer, you can help bring
tree climbing to a wide variety of groups and locations!
