Government Lad Grants was created by climber020
I have been considering asking the nj government for a small land grant for recreational use. The land would be public land as well as preserved open space. Has anyone tried this to have a way to climb legally. I hace contacted my DEP and I can't climb at any national and state parks. I figured this would be the best way to go about it. Any advice before I contact "Big Brother."

See you at the top.

I've had much better luck climbing in national forests, rather than national parks. I also have a letter from the highest higher up for Seqoia/Kings Canyon national park saying I CAN climb in those national parks, I just can't climb the sequoia's....but there're plenty other great trees to climb around there!
